  9. seat pan, so  that there is more

  11. and  spine.  For  people working
  12. with  keyboards   for   extended
  13. time periods, it's best to angle
  14. the  seat  down  in  front.  Arm
  15. rests should be  adjustable  and
  16. removable.    The  chair  should
  17. swivel and move. The seat height

  23. laterally    adjustable.    When
  24. purchasing a chair, ask a lot of
  25. questions and be sure you  don't
  26. have  to be an acrobat to adjust

  28. in  your  brand new fancy chair,
  29. check your posture periodically,
  30. making sure lower back is firmly
  31. against  the  chair  back,  take
  32. breaks  regularly, and keep your
  33. feet flat on the floor.  If  you
  34. can't  reach,  use  a foot rest.
